A visit to the East Coast Beach

It has been raining for many days. Today, there is a brief break from the continuous rain. It lasted from morning to mid-afternoon. We don't waste the opportunity and make a mad dash to the East Coast beach. My wife earlier wanted to go to Pasir Ris. But I use my Veto Power and override her opinions. Thank you my dear...

We had a quick brunch at McDonalds and head out to the beach. Mukhtaar is scared of the water (or is it the beach?) until he refuses to be unbuckled from his pram. He grabbed his pram straps tightly. My wife told me to visit the beach more often in order to let him overcome his fear.

Zainah gets excited, distracted and refused to have a smooth breastfeeding. She also perspire a lot despite the cool sea breeze in the super-shady afternoon. Not to mention, she appears to be very happy!

I took over looking after Zainah and my wife went to the beach and started to dig into the sand with her feet (don't ask me why...I dunno). He asked Mukhtaar to follow. Mukhtaar just stand nearby to me and started to complain about his Mum's behaviour... By this time, Mukhtaar's fear of the water has subsided a bit but he still refuses to go near the water with his Mum.

I had a chance to cycle with Mukhtaar and then later by myself. After an hour of cycling, I had a hunch that a huge rainfall is coming and we quickly headed home. Despite appearing tired and missing some breastfeeding, Zainah can still smile in the Cab...

Question: Digging the sand using feet?

Answer: To see whether there's any remis around.
