Anyway I can feel the sincerity and warmness of this aged Mesir Syeikh that currently lectures in the Al-Azhar University. His words are trnslated by a translator. Some of his words brought back memories of some of the Asatizahs that have taught us. It is a pity that my family had to hastily retreat back to our Tampines Base as Zainah can't stop crying that night. Later when we picked up Zainah, she was all smiles again. She had a good night as she was tired crying for more than an hour in her mother's absence.
Some of the things that I take back home from his Syarahan is listed below:
1. Never mention our Prophet's name without his title or appointment or status with reference to Allah s.w.t or his Ummah. E.g. Rasulullah saw. Habibullah saw. Sayidina Rasulullah saw. His name is already in the gates of heaven before the creation of Nabi Adam a.s. His name is part of the key to Jannah.
2. Rasulullah s.a.w ancestors had been protected by Allah s.w.t and all of them are righteous and honorable people. Rasulullah's ancestor, Adnan, can be traced back to Nabi Ibrahim a.s.
3. There are some evidence that some of Rasulullah s.a.w ancestors knew the coming of the Prophet long before he was born.
4. Nabi Muhammad s.a.w is the first person to be re-born after the second blow the Horn in the day of Masyhar. Rasulullah s.a.w is also the first person who gives the syafaat and the first person whose syafaat is accepted.
5. Rasulullah s.a.w is the Leader of all Messengers. He is the Leader of all of Bani Adam. He is the Leader of all Creatures seen and unseen. He is our Leader in Dunia and Akhirat. And yet he is the most humble in all his dealings as he does not have any ujub, riak or takabbur. And he is the person who is the most worried about his Ummah's condition.
By the way this is part of the long salawat recited between maghrib and isyak while we wait for the arrival of the Syeikh.
